Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. We offers several convenient ways to return and exchange merchandise:


FOR RETURN
1. Email us at sales@mydreamstyle.com with email subject "Website Return". Please kindly state your reason(s) of return so that we can serve you better in the future. A return address will be given in our reply.

2. Place the merchandise in an envelope/box, then send the package back to us to the address given in our email. Refunds will be issued on merchandise returned within 21 days of the initial purchase.

4. An email will be sent to you once the returned merchandise is received. We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested. Please allow 1-2 days for your account to be credited.

FOR EXCHANGE
1. Email us at sales@mydreamstyle.com with email subject "Website Exchange ". Please kindly state your reason(s) of exchange so that we can serve you better in the future. A return address will be given in our reply.

2. List the item(s) you would like to receive in the package. Then, ship it to the address provided in our email.

3. An email will be sent to you once the returned merchandise is received. We will send you a paypal invoice for the price difference(if applies) of the exchange items. We'll send in-stock items to you right away.
