Order Confirmation
To estimate when your order will be delivered please take into account, for security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank prior to processing. You may be contacted within 24 business hours for further billing verification. If we do not contact you, your order will be processed and you will recieve a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped.
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order/payment has been received
- The second confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
-Express orders placed after 12:00AM PST are processed the following business day.
-Tracking number will be provided for all express airmail order.
