Changes & Cancellation
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. There is a good possibility that by the time you email with a change or cancellation, your order may have already been processed and your package could be on it's way to you. To request a cancellation or change to your order, send us an email at sales@mydreamstyle.com or click HERE. Please include your paypal email address and the specific details regarding the modifications. You will receive an email notification within 1 to 2 business days whether or not we were able to accommodate your request.

Note: If you are contacting us after business hours, please allow up to 12 hours to receive a response to your email. We will try our best to accommodate your order related requests such as, cancellations or adjustments, if your order has not already been processed.



Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after a payment is sent. Please note that due to the time zone difference, it may take up to 48 hours before you receive 2nd email regarding the shipment confirmation of your order.

Unavailable Items
While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via email if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. You will be allowed to choose another item from our online store to replace the one we are out. A full refund will be issued if a replacement unit is not acceptable.
